The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. (However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead). If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
This list does not include prices for certain items you may ask us to buy for you, such as cemetery or crematory services, flowers, and newspaper notices. The prices for those items will be shown on your bill of the statement describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
Please note: Service charge for children 2 years of age to 12 years of age will be adjusted by 50% and for infants from birth to 2 years of age will be a flat fee of $100.00 plus merchandise, cemetery items and a crematory fee of $ 50.00 if applicable
Itemized Selections
Our basic service charge includes, but is not limited to, staff to respond initial request for service; arrangement conference with family or responsible party; preparation and filing of necessary certificates and permits; placement of obituary notices, planning of funeral arrangements; and coordination of services with cemetery, crematory, vault companies, transportation, and other as required. Also included in this charge are the overhead expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, maintenance, and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative costs, and equipment and inventory expenses. The fee for our basic service and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremation and immediate burial and forwarding and receiving remains).
Except in certain cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with a viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

The charge for immediate burial includes removal of remains, refrigeration, local transportation to the cemetery, the necessary authorizations and basic service of funeral director and staff. (This charge does not include casket, use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, nor dressing or any other care of the body.)

The charge for direct cremation includes removal of remains, refrigeration, local transportation to crematory, necessary authorizations, basic service of staff, and cremation fee. (This charge does not include use of facilities and staff for visitation or ceremony, public or private, prior to cremation, merchandise, or sales tax.) If you want to arrange for direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials with an outside covering. The basic container we provide has a wood tray bottom with a cardboard top.
** Decedents who weigh over 300 lbs may incur additional fees for transportation, out of area crematory and Oversize Alternative container fees.

Arranging details and collecting information with family, contacting cemetery for scheduling, finalizing paperwork for ordering inurnment, grave location, opening and closing, equipment, ash vault and attending and supervising inurnment.
This charge includes the removal of remains, basic services of staff, embalming, and necessary authorizations. (This charge does not include dressing or any other care of the body, visitation, rites, or ceremonies prior to forwarding of the body, casket, shipping container, transportation to airport or railhead or shipping fees.)
This charge will be added to Forwarding Remains to another Funeral Home, Receiving Remains, or any other services fees to cover the costs associated with translation of documents; dealing with American and/or Foreign Consulates/Embassies/Customs; and all associated paperwork.
This charge includes, transportation of remains to cemetery, and basic services of staff. (This charge does not include visitation, rites or ceremonies, transportation from airport or railhead, or casket, nor any care of the body if needed.)
